Overview of flange blind:

Blindflange, or known as blind flange, is commonly referred to as blind flange. It serves as a type of flange used for connections. Unlike other flanges, it does not feature a hole in the middle. Its primary purpose is to seal off the end of a pipeline, while also providing a convenient means to remove any debris during maintenance. In terms of functionality, it provides the same blocking effect as a head or pipe cap, but with the added advantage of easy disassembly. Unlike a head, which cannot be removed, the blind plate on the flange can be secured using bolts, ensuring effortless disassembly. The materials used for manufacturing flange blind plates include carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, and even plastic.
